The seller remains liable for any fraudulently concealed defects, irrespective of the guarantee (in accordance with Art. 199 of the Swiss Code of Obligations).

 

The vehicle is being sold as “used.” Normal signs of wear and tear are not considered defects and are therefore excluded from the warranty.

 

The vehicle is sold with a warranty of 12 months or 3000 kilometres for labour and parts.
